1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting, using, or interacting with ListenX on Discord, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Bot. These terms apply to all users, server administrators, and anyone who interacts with ListenX in any way.

2. Use of the Bot

ListenX is designed to provide music playback, moderation, and utility features. You agree to use the Bot only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • • Use the Bot to harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • • Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the Bot's operation
  • • Use the Bot to distribute spam, malware, or illegal content
  • • Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the Bot's functionality without permission
  • • Use the Bot in violation of Discord's own Terms of Service

3. Premium Services

ListenX offers optional paid Premium tiers. By purchasing a Premium plan, you agree that all payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Premium access is granted to the Discord account used at time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify Premium pricing or features with reasonable notice.

4. Service Availability

We strive to keep ListenX online at all times but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Bot may experience downtime for maintenance or technical issues. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.

5. User Content

ListenX does not store your messages or personal interactions beyond what is required for core functionality. Any data collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to block or terminate access to ListenX for any user or server that violates these Terms. Server administrators who add the Bot are responsible for ensuring appropriate use within their communities.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

ListenX is provided as-is without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make no representations about the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the Bot for any particular purpose.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of ListenX after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance. Major changes will be announced in our Support Server.
